Samsung’s response to the iPad — the Galaxy Tab — is getting an update, one that Samsung hopes will better compete with Apple’s ubiquitous tablet. While the hardware improvements are pretty impressive, it’s the introduction of the Android 3.1 operating system that has provided some buzz for the update. Samsung has also updated their site as they await arrival on their newest tablet , and the initial look is promising

It affects users of Mac OS X 10.4, Mac OS X 10.6, and Mac OS X 10.5. Apple will be putting out a Mac OS X update that will automatically find and remove the malware and its known variants in the coming days

Twitter Gives Users More Control Over Data
Twitter announced that it is making a couple of changes to how users control the third-party apps that they use with the service. The initiative they’re dubbing “Mission: Permission” centers around the concepts of more control for users and a more detailed permissions screen.
