Some Free Directories Go Missing From Google, Some Paid Directories Doing Well
There some discussion going on in the webmaster/SEO community that Google may have de-indexed some free web directories. Barry Schwartz at Search Engine Roundtable points to a WebmasterWorld forum thread on the subject. The thread begins with a post from user Sunnyujjawal, who says: While checking some sites links I found 50% free submission directories are out of G now.

I’m a huge fan of anything vintage; it’s been ingrained in me since I was little, when my mom would take me on trips to flea markets and antique shops in search of old treasures she could make new again. Furniture, clothing, accessories, art, you name it and I like it as long as it has a retro flair to it. Most of those things can be found easily at any thrift store or vintage shop (my favorite local shop is Street Scene , in Lexington, Kentucky), but sometimes the clothing is a bit trickier, especially if you’re curvy.
